Leveraging strong core data analyst capabilities including advanced SQL, data manipulation, data modelling, and data visualisation - you will work with large and complex datasets to generate meaningful insights that support decision making.
This is a pivotal role within a large-scale transformation, where you will help shape how the organisation transitions from its current landscape to a modern, scalable, and data driven banking ecosystem. You will play a key role in understanding how our existing products, customer behaviours, and transaction patterns translate into the design and configuration of the future-state ecosystem, using structured analysis, trend identification, and data storytelling techniques.
Working across business, technology, and commercial functions, you will apply your expertise in data analysis, statistical thinking, and visualisation to generate insights that directly influence decisions on product portfolio simplification, platform selection, infrastructure sizing, and vendor procurement. Your analysis will directly support strategic design, commercial negotiations, and platform investment decisions, helping to deliver a simpler, more efficient, and future-ready banking environment.
We operate on a team-led hybrid approach with at least 1 to 2 days a week in the Coventry office.
Our benefits include:
- 28 days holiday a year plus bank holidays and a holiday buy/sell scheme
