About the role We provide exceptional governance and support to our Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and our Charitable Foundation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Society Secretary who will report into the Company Secretary. The roles responsibilitiesfor managing Executive Committee meetings including coordinating all inputs from the business, preparing agendas, circulating papers, live minuting meetings and supporting the Executive Team on actions arising from meetings If you are passionate about governance and looking to make a significant impact in a respected organisation, we want to hear from you! You should be legally or CGI/ICSA qualified, with significant experience in company secretarial duties, particularly in a large financial services or regulated industry. You must possess excellent drafting and research skills to prepare clear materials for Executive and Board-level audiences, alongside strong analytical abilities to interpret information swiftly. A hands-on approach is necessary to manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting, and a flexible attitude will help you develop your governance knowledge while supporting other teams as needed.
