Curiosity and strong data analytics skills are essential, as the role plays a key part in shaping our future strategy.
The Pricing Manager will analyse market trends, competitor activity and internal data to ensure our pricing remains competitive and aligned with wider business goals. Once the analysis is complete, the role is all about taking those insights forward - gaining a seat at the table, presenting clear conclusions, and forming strong partnerships across our vertical towers and stakeholders. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to use data to inform strategy and influence decision-making across the business.
Our benefits include:
- 28 days holiday a year plus bank holidays and a holiday buy/sell scheme
- Annual discretionary bonus scheme
- Personal pension with matched contributions
- Life assurance (6 times annual salary)
- Employer Pension Contributions
Location: We operate on a team led hybrid approach with at least once a quarter in the Manchester or Coventry office.

- Strong understanding of the UK Financial Services market and experience with key banking products, pricing and market trends.
- Experience in product or strategy roles, ideally within financial services or another regulated sector.
- Ability to produce detailed market pricing analysis.
- Experience creating pricing tools to assess price elasticity.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Able to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, strategic insights.
Desirable experience will be:
- Handling of big data and managing, storing, and analysing vast, complex, and high-velocity data sets.
- Independent thinking, active inquiry, and a refusal to accept information at face value.
