We have 12 month Fixed Term contract opportunities for Product Governance Managers, to gain valuable experience working with the Governance team to align customer-outcome metrics for the group. These roles form part of wider group integration and regulatory priorities, providing strong exposure, networking opportunities, and a chance to stretch and develop abilities.

The role holder will be accountable for the development and delivery of customer and consumer duty dashboards. Alongside this, the role holder will use data to produce product risk analysis to support the wider team to complete fair value assessments. In addition, the role holder will review and complete the regulatory returns for the Commercial Office. The Dashboards will be presented to committees whilst working closely with Product teams across the communities to create risk documentation and analytics. Overall, it’s an opportunity to advocate consistent risk management across the Chief Commercial Office and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while adhering to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Location: We operate on a team led hybrid approach and are flexible with either head office location - Coventry or Manchester.

About you: To be successful in this role it’s essential you have:

  • You’ll be an effective communicator who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.
  • You bring experience creating accessible, insight-driven dashboards that support fair customer outcomes and can clearly present complex information to senior leaders.
  • You have a solid understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical capability and data-management skills.
  • Experience working with MI and interpreting data.
  • Financial Services Experience.

Desirable:

  • An understanding of Power BI, Cognos and SQL.
