We are looking for a highly capable and adaptable Senior Engineers (x10) to deliver high‑quality, reliable, and maintainable solutions across both software and infrastructure domains. This role spans the full spectrum of modern engineering, including application development, cloud and infrastructure engineering, automation, and operational excellence.
As a key technical contributor, the Senior Engineer ensures the successful delivery and smooth operation of platforms, services, and environments by applying strong engineering fundamentals, modern practices, and a consistent focus on quality. As a hands‑on technical leader, the Senior Engineer acts as a role model within the team, supporting delivery through collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
You will serve as the subject‑matter expert in your specialist area, providing strategic insight and ensuring the effective management of technical and business services. You will support our solutions, platforms, and applications, including out‑of‑hours work where necessary, and take responsibility for keeping technical standards and documentation accurate, consistent, and aligned to best practice so that environments remain stable, predictable, and well‑governed.
A crucial aspect of the role involves applying deep technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and problems, ensuring our business‑critical services remain stable and operate within agreed SLAs. You will work closely with Architecture, Development, and Support teams to design, implement, and embed solutions across the technology estate.
Alongside your technical delivery responsibilities, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to engineering uplift, and play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to strengthen overall capability. Success in this role is defined by the consistent delivery of high‑quality engineering solutions that require minimal rework, the raising of technical standards through example, and a visible contribution to improving automation, reliability, and quality.
The Senior Engineer will positively shape team culture, actively share knowledge, and collaborate effectively while continuing to advance their own skills and helping others grow.
Location: We operate on a team-led hybrid approach Binley, Coventry/Manchester arrangements apply.
Overtime: We’ll require you to be available for out-of-hours support, on a rota basis.
