We’re looking for a Data & MI Senior Analyst to strengthen the quality, consistency and impact of data across the CIDO function. The role maintains accurate base data that underpins all planning and MI, while leading the transformation of how resource information is stored, managed and reported. Agreed data standards, validations and reconciliations are applied to ensure information remains reliable, easy to extract and free from unnecessary manual handling.
The position streamlines MI outputs, including heatmaps and RAG views, ensuring insights are delivered quickly and efficiently. It also oversees the selection and adoption of new tools to enhance the capture, processing and reporting of data. Close collaboration with CIDO leadership ensures business needs are translated into meaningful MI and data solutions, all supported by a single, trusted source of truth.
In addition, the role defines and embeds the policies, procedures and standards that guide data governance and MI use across the function.
Location: We operate on a team led hybrid approach with at least 1 day a week (on a Wednesday) in the Coventry or Manchester office. Additional flexibility also required for team events and collaborative working.
