Our busy Mortgage Lending telephone department are looking for a chatty, professional person to join them on the phones.
The role is in a supportive environment where we are known for our friendly and effective telephone service to our mortgage intermediary partners and brokers.
Working with our mortgage intermediary partners the role is all about providing them an exceptional telephone service to support to them, once they’ve submitted a mortgage application.
Providing updates of information and responding to queries from mortgage application to completion, including updates on cases, providing lending policy expertise, relationship management and outside of policy assistance will be key parts of the job.
The role also involves working closely with all our mortgage teams to ensure we provide clear and correct information to our customers as well as keeping up to date with product and policy changes.
