We are recruiting for a Learning Experience Manager to join our Learning and Development team. This role will play a key part in building a culture that reflects the Group’s values, enhances the colleague experience and supports the ambition to become a Top 10 Great Place to Work.

The Manager role will lead a large team made up of Learning Experience, Skills & Governance Specialists as well as a co-ordinator, shaping high‑quality learning products and services that build organisational capability and prepare the Group for current and future skills needs. The role holder will oversee the governance, design, delivery and continual improvement of the Group’s learning offer, including monitoring of the centralised learning budget, oversight of programme frameworks, development of our Academies and future products, alongside delivering high quality compliance learning.

A strong focus on learner engagement, impactful experiences and ensuring investment aligns with organisational priorities is central to the role. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the People function and wider organisation, the Learning Experience Manager will have a responsibility for governance, maintain strong stakeholder relationships and guide the development of aligned, well‑governed learning initiatives. They will coach and develop their team, maintain robust risk and financial governance, ensure regulatory compliance and use data‑informed insight to drive a culture of continuous learning, accountability and future‑ready skills at scale.

We operate on a team led hybrid approach with at least 2 days a week in our Coventry office and travel to Manchester when needed.
