We would particularly welcome interest from therapists who can demonstrate previous experience of working within diverse populations in a primary care setting.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health, and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults, and older adults across many sites in Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull.
We operate out of approximately 50 sites and provide inpatient, community, and day clinics, as well as specialist services, to a population of about 1 million. On average, we see around 5,000 patients every day. Our services received an overall rating of \’Good\’ by the CQC.
We know that we can only achieve a high-quality clinical service by maximising the efforts of our team and by creating an environment where colleagues are valued and involved in developing the service. We believe in investing in people, keeping true to the CWPT values and behaviours, and looking after the wellbeing of all team members. We work closely with other services and service user groups to refine and improve the service that we offer through monthly meetings.
We were one of only seven mental health trusts named by NHS England and part of the Global Digital Exemplar programme, allowing us to transform patient care through new technologies.
We put \’people at our heart\’; this ethos is at the centre of everything we do and how we do it. We care for our staff and colleagues as much as they care for others and offer a wide range of benefits and development opportunities.
