We are looking for a supportive, dynamic forward-thinking operational lead for our North Warwickshire adult community mental health services. You will operationally lead Early Intervention, routine triage, CMHT, Clozapine and homeless services based in Rugby and Nuneaton. Your base will be flexible, ensuring a visible leadership presence across the services. You will be part of the senior leadership team for community mental health, contributing to trust-wide initiatives and collaborating with system partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality supervision to team managers and clinical leads.
  • Oversee safety and quality of services within North Warwickshire.
  • Manage complex complaint and incident investigations, service developments and quality improvement projects.
  • Work closely with other operational leads and the Head of Service for Warwickshire to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in Community Mental Health is essential.
  • Management experience is required.
  • The successful candidate must be organised, able to balance competing demands, and possess strong leadership and organisational skills.
