We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Talent for Care Administrator (Band 2) to provide high-quality administrative support across the Talent for Care and Talent Management workstreams. You will play a key role in supporting apprenticeships, work experience, employability programmes and learning activities, ensuring a professional, welcoming and efficient service for colleagues, candidates and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced team, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while upholding our Trust values.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across Talent for Care and Talent Management programmes, including apprenticeships, work experience and employability.
  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email and in person.
  • Organise meetings, training and events, maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Support recruitment, enrolment and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with communications, resource creation, promotional activity and liaison with partners.
  • Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy and compliance with Trust policies.
