Responsibilities
- Deliver immunisation programmes within schools and community settings in line with national and local guidance.
- Administer a range of vaccinations safely and effectively under Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and national protocols.
- Support the planning and coordination of immunisation sessions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Provide advice and reassurance to children, young people, parents and carers regarding vaccinations.
- Work collaboratively with schools, parents and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
- Contribute to health promotion and infection prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Must live in the UK.
- Full Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
- Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel – mileage will be paid for work‑related travel.
