We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Chief People Officer – Operational People Services to join our senior People leadership team and play a pivotal role in delivering modern, high impact People services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high quality, insight-driven operational People services
- Oversee key functions including:
- HR Business Partnering
- Employee Relations & Investigations
- Medical Staffing
- Recruitment & Workforce Supply
- HR Operations
Key Qualifications
- Significant senior HR/People leadership experience
- Strong track record in:
- Organisational change and transformation
- Managing complex employee relations
- Leading multi disciplinary HR teams
- Deep expertise in employment law and workforce frameworks
- Influence at Executive and Board level
- Translate strategy into delivery
- Use data and insight to drive improvement
