We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Chief People Officer – Operational People Services to join our senior People leadership team and play a pivotal role in delivering modern, high impact People services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high quality, insight-driven operational People services
  • Oversee key functions including:
  • HR Business Partnering
  • Employee Relations & Investigations
  • Medical Staffing
  • Recruitment & Workforce Supply
  • HR Operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team
  • Drive a “staff voice to action” approach, using workforce insight to inform decisions
  • Lead complex organisational change and workforce transformation programmes
  • Champion a Just and Learning Culture, embedding fairness, openness and continuous improvement
  • Key Qualifications

    • Significant senior HR/People leadership experience
    • Strong track record in:
    • Organisational change and transformation
    • Managing complex employee relations
    • Leading multi disciplinary HR teams
    • Deep expertise in employment law and workforce frameworks
  • Ability to:
    • Influence at Executive and Board level
    • Translate strategy into delivery
    • Use data and insight to drive improvement
