The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are a 24 hour, 7 days a week service and we are operational 365 days per year including Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year. This post requires covering calls, referrals and administration for the Adult Mental Health Front Door and Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team. You will be working with the Adult Mental Health Services - which is the Front Door services into mental health services in Coventry and Warwickshire. This service will accept and process all of the referrals sent to Secondary Care Mental Health services.
Main duties of the job:
- Support the call handling, admin processes and worklists for the Adult Mental Health Front Door.
- Adhere to procedures and processes within service timescales, whilst operating within a busy and demanding environment.
