Do you want the opportunity to work in our newly transformed adult Community Mental Health Team? We have an opportunity for an experience mental health nurse to join our team working
We are a caring compassionate team spread across two bases in Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa.
The post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary team in the Stratford Upon Avon locality providing mental health services to people with a variety of mental health diagnoses such as psychosis, personality disorder, depression etc.
You will be provided with training and supervision to support your role as well as opportunities to attend our nurses forum to support your CPD.
The post holder will have responsibility for the day to day delivery of the service to individual clients and their families and carers via a range of evidence based interventions. The nursing role also includes medication management, new patient assessments and duty. The team is looking at specialist roles to ensure that we utilise our staffs skills and interests to the fullest.
There is an opportunity to supervise junior staff, develop leadership skills and clinical skills depending on your chosen career path.
The post holder will
Provide the nursing voice and participate as part of the multi-disciplinary team implementing, evaluating and reviewing all aspects of the service users care.
Advise, inform and support on the physical health and wellbeing of inform service providers to enable them to support services users to access and use services in a way which respects their values and supports their rights.
Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in relation to supporting the recovery and wellbeing of service users.
The successful applicant will manage a caseload of service users and deliver intervention\’s to meet each individual\’s needs.
