Job Description
We’re looking for a Head Bartender to join our team to deliver a dining experience that has been enjoyed for over 50 years! The successful candidate will be committed to delivering excellent service with a passion for hospitality. You will be able to deliver on the following:
- Crafting high-quality drinks with attention to detail
- Able to positively motivate a bar team to keep up with a high-volume restaurant and achieve high performance
- Experience in drinks menu development would be a plus
- Work collaboratively within the bar leadership team to maintain standards of service
- Place orders and complete stock checks using an online platform to ensure smooth bar operation. Experience using STO would be a plus
- Have a passion for sharing knowledge and ensuring that new starters receive effective on-job training
- Develop detailed knowledge of the cocktail menu and other drinks offered by the restaurant such as spirits, beer and wine
- Maintain high standards of house-made ingredients used in our signature serves
- Being a team player committed to delivering high-quality service and hospitality
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: Hourly rates start at £21 (including troncs), rising to £22 once qualified
- Working Week: 5 days per week on a rota basis, from Monday to Sunday; night shifts may run as late as 11:30 PM
- Contracted Hours: Full-time for 40~48 hours per week
- Location: Hiring for Central London (Covent Garden, Centre Point, Selfridges and Canary Wharf)
