Our client is a membership organisation which brings together and represents the UK healthcare system, and we are working with them to find a PA & Member Engagement Officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. As well as providing admin support to one of their Directors, you will act as a point of contact for members from the medical, primary care and public health world.
Key Duties
- Managing the Director’s busy diary and schedule
- Planning and logistics for member forums
- Preparing briefing packs and agendas ahead of meetings
- Managing relationships with key member representatives
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly organised individual with experience of providing PA support at a senior level and proven diary management and prioritisation skills. A background working for a professional membership organisation or in the medical centre would be an advantage but is not essential. We are also particularly keen to speak to candidates with strong event planning skills.
