The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

We are working with a major healthcare provider to find an experienced Programme Manager to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis and help guide them through a merge and subsequent restructure. You will work closely with a deputy Chief Executive and Transition Director to ensure the smooth delivery of this merger. This is a business crucial role, and the main duties will involve:

  • Support the handover from external transformation consultants to internal managers
  • Put in place processes for monitoring the progress of the merger
  • Provide regular updates to the engagement and internal communications teams
  • Act as a liaison with the deputy CEO and Board
