Our client is a well-established membership body and industry regulator who provide, amongst other services, legal advice to over 3000 UK clients. We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with solid employment law experience to join their legal team.

Responsibilities for this role will include –

  • Providing advice to members on employment law, recruitment specific legislation and data protection.
  • Acting as a point of reference for a small team of Legal Advisors.
  • Reviewing contracts and legal documents for members.
  • Supporting the in-house compliance team with legal advice.
  • Updating the model document library.

The successful applicant will be a fully qualified solicitor who has completed their training contract. We are particularly interested in speaking to candidates who specialised in Employment Law, GDPR and Agency Workers Regulations.

This would be an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in an advisory capacity and is looking for a non-litigious role. You\’ll have the opportunity to guide some major UK based employers and ensure that best practice standards are adhered to. Our client works from new central London offices, but provide flexible, hybrid working arrangements, and a friendly, supportive team.
