Our client, a leading non-profit membership organisation within the legal sector, is seeking an organised and proactive Training & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of a varied programme of training courses, conferences and events.

This is a busy and rewarding role that combines event coordination, administration and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a high-quality experience for delegates attending both online and in-person activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate online and face-to-face training, conferences and events.
  • Manage bookings, venues, suppliers, trainers and speakers.
  • Support webinar and event delivery using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, delegate data and learning platform content.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collect feedback and produce event reports.
  • Provide on-the-day support at events and conferences.

About you

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience coordinating events, training programmes or conferences.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 and digital platforms.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
