Our client, a leading organisation in the music and creative education sector is looking for a highly organised part‑time Personal Assistant (three days per week) to support senior leaders within one of their teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings strong musical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, inboxes, meetings, and travel for senior team members
- Prepare documents, presentations, and maintain accurate records
- Support recruitment logistics and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate agendas, minutes, and arrangements for meetings and team events
- Assist with administrative tasks including invoice processing, data input, software testing, and market research
About You:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
