Our client, a leading organisation in the recruitment sector, is seeking an experienced legal professional to lead its in-house advice team and support members on a wide range of employment, commercial, and regulatory matters. You will manage a small legal advice team, oversee service delivery, and act as a senior escalation point for complex queries. The role also includes analysing draft legislation, contributing to consultation responses, and helping shape the future of the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the legal advice team
- Provide timely, accurate advice on employment, commercial, and regulatory issues
- Oversee contracts, templates, and legal resources
- Deliver training and produce legal guidance for members
- Support policy work and legislative analysis
- Provide internal legal support across the organisation
Skills & Experience
- UK qualified solicitor (2β3+ PQE) or equivalent experience in recruitment related legal issues
