The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.
We are working with a major healthcare provider to find an experienced Programme Manager to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis and help guide them through a merge and subsequent restructure. You will work closely with a deputy Chief Executive and Transition Director to ensure the smooth delivery of this merger. This is a business crucial role, and the main duties will involve:
- Support the handover from external transformation consultants to internal managers
- Put in place processes for monitoring the progress of the merger
- Provide regular updates to the engagement and internal communications teams
- Act as a liaison with the deputy CEO and Board
We are keen to speak to candidates who are available for an immediate start and who have significant project management experience, particularly delivering on business transformation or mergers.
