Job Title: Executive Assistant to VP – Luxury Hospitality

Job Type Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £54,000 per annum

Our client, a leading luxury hospitality brand, with stunning offices based in Central London, are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. They are looking for a Professional and confident individual with excellent organisational and communication skills who can thrive in this fast paced role. The successful candidate will be welcomed into this award winning team environment, where employee well-being and progress is of utmost importance. Duties include:

  • Complex diary management for both online and in person meetings
  • Inbox management and gate-keeping and administration
  • Organise international and local travel booking and itinerary
  • Prepare for and attend meetings, take minutes and implement action plans
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Processes expenses including departmental invoices.
  • Work closely with the wider commercial team including monthly and annual budget reviews with department heads.
  • Provide support with presentations, reports and event organisation
  • Coordinate with other EAs and assist where necessary.
  • Ad hoc projects and interdepartmental communications

Requirements:

  • Excellent English Spoken and Written Communication
  • Solid Background as EA/PA in an international organisation
  • Experience within the Luxury Sector or Travel Preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented and efficient organisational skills
  • Positive, proactive, and committed to excellence.
