Job Title: Engagement Manager

Salary: £46,000 per annum

Location: London

We are currently partnered with an independent consumer rights watchdog and are looking for a real people person to join their London team as an Engagement Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the East and West Midlands region, some travel and the occasional overnight stay will be required.

A background in customer service, account management, membership or engagement would be an advantage. The successful candidate will have the confidence to present to small groups as well as excellent relationship management skills. Strong project coordination abilities as well as good social media and communication skills will be key.

About you:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with others and being part of a team.
  • Good research skills and the ability to explain statistics and data to non-technical audiences.
  • A natural collaborator and problem solver.
  • A minimum of three to five years of relevant administrative, stakeholder management or customer service experience.
