Our client, a well-established international membership organisation, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join their busy Arbitration team! Within this position, you will provide a high level of administrative and coordination support for various Arbitration cases and services, and provide seamless correspondence for Tribunals and Boards as needed. This is a great role for someone looking to build upon their numeracy and literacy abilities, and work within a versatile and busy Arbitration team within a trade association. Due to the nature of this position, it is based on site full time during the probationary period.
Duties in this role will include:
- Maintaining all arbitration case files to provide seamless progression of each case
- Handling correspondence within a timely manner, liaising accordingly for relevant tribunals and boards, including procedural orders, new cases and appeals
- Organising marketing and event materials e.g. ID badges, exam paper feedback forms
- Various administrative support with spreadsheets, procedural letters and formatting
- First point of contact for arbitration related questions and enquiries, advising on statuses of various stages of different cases
- General ad hoc administration and coordination support to wider team as needed
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working in a busy administrative position within an office environment
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise as needed, excellent attention to detail, and solid multitasking abilities
- Have a high level of IT literacy, abilities to learn internal systems effectively, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite
- Be enthusiastic, confident, and able to work and multitask accordingly in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent time management skills, with a high level of written, communication and numerical skills
- Have a minimum of 6+ months office-based experience essential
