Our client, a highly respected non-commercial organisation in the legal sector, is dedicated to advancing legal education in the UK and making a career in law more accessible. They are seeking a talented administrator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring a positive student experience.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

• Providing professional and friendly administrative support to all those using the client’s services.
• Supporting students throughout their journey, from prospective applicants to successful graduates.
• Assisting with key events delivered for students and barristers, facilitating valuable networking and learning opportunities.
• Ensuring that all finance processing, record-keeping, and operational activities meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will:

• Administrative experience – At least one year in an office environment, preferably in higher/professional education.
• Strong organisational skills – Efficiently managing processes, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Clear communication – Professional, friendly, and effective written and verbal skills.
• Meeting support – Scheduling, minute-taking, and tracking actions.
• Flexibility – Open to occasional early morning, evening, or weekend commitments.
• Regulated industry experience – Background in compliance and handling complaints is an advantage.
