Our client, a membership organisation in the legal sector, is seeking an organised and proactive Professional Development Administrator to support the delivery of training courses, qualifications, conferences and events.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage bookings, registrations and delegate communications.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and learning systems.
  • Support trainers, delegates and stakeholders with enquiries.
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of training and events.
  • Update website and online learning content.
  • Gather feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
