We are looking for an experienced events professional to take on a Head of Department role, oversee a team of managers and coordinators and shape a programme of international events including managing a generous budget.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering global events, including supervising a team based abroad.
This is a business crucial role, responsible for generating a large portion of the organisation's annual revenue. Key duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of over 80 events
- Creation of an events strategy and calendar
- Manage relationships with representatives of volunteer groups
- Budget oversight
A background in a professional membership body or higher education will be key.
