As a Receptionist at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
