The role

This is a practical, delivery-focused role at the heart of a small marketing team.

Campaign strategy is set by the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager; you will help to turn those plans into well-built, well-run marketing activity.

Your role may include structuring campaigns, assets and reporting in Hub Spot, building landing pages and email sequences, producing campaign resources, and planning and publishing PPC and social media content.

You will work closely with our SDR and sales colleagues to understand what each project needs and deliver it accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage campaigns in Hub Spot, including emails, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows and campaign asset organisation.
  • Help structure and maintain our Hub Spot portal so campaigns, assets and reporting are consistent, accurate and easy to use.
  • Produce campaign reporting and dashboards in Hub Spot, tracking performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Develop landing pages, emails and marketing resources that follow Covenco's brand and editorial guidelines.
  • Plan, create and publish social media content, primarily on Linked In, and support paid social campaigns via Google Ads.
  • Work with SDR, sales and marketing colleagues to understand project requirements and deliver both long-term programmes and short-turnaround requests.
  • Create and adapt visual assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Support vendor co-marketing activity with partners including IBM and Veeam.
  • Support website page content development and content management.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • A degree in marketing or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification such as CIM.
  • At least two years' marketing experience within B2B IT or technology, ideally with exposure to channel marketing (vendor, reseller, MSP or partner environments).
  • Proficiency across Hub Spot, from campaign creation through to management and reporting.
  • Experience producing landing pages, emails and marketing content to a professional standard.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications for asset creation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the accuracy required to publish content for a senior IT audience.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex and varied workload with diligence and strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative working style; comfortable taking briefs from and reporting back to sales, SDR and marketing colleagues.
  • The right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Who you are

  • Organised and dependable; you keep multiple projects moving and hit deadlines without being chased.
  • Detail-obsessed; broken links, inconsistent naming and untidy lists bother you.
  • A clear communicator who is confident asking questions to get a brief right first time.
  • Keen to learn and grow; you want to deepen your Hub Spot, campaign and channel marketing expertise.
  • Location and working pattern

This role is home-based, with one in-person team day per week, normally at our Banbury head office, with some flexibility on location by arrangement.

Reliable weekly attendance is part of the role.

What we offer

  • Salary of circa £30,000, dependent on experience.
  • 20 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Genuine home working with purposeful, well-planned team days.
  • Modern tools and real ownership: Hub Spot, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google and Linked In campaigns.
  • A clear path to progress.

This role is designed to grow with you: as you build capability and take on more campaign ownership, there is scope to develop towards a Marketing Manager or campaign specialist position within the team.

  • The backing of an established business, trading since 1989, with strong vendor partnerships and co-funded campaign budgets.
