We\\\\\\'re looking for candidates with a successful track record of delivery in the insurance and finance industries. This role is fully remote, so can be performed from home. But if you\\\\\\'re keen to get into the Halifax office, you can too!

This would be a 6 month fixed term contract.What will I be doing?Accountable for the definition, documentation and successful delivery of the project.Planning, direction, shaping and management of the end-to-end delivery in line with business needs and within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and qualityTotal scope and full budget managementMonitoring and controlling resources, and regularly reviewing forecast vs actuals, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and managing expectations of all project stakeholdersProviding direction and structure to assigned project activities establishing clear, precise goals, objectives and timeframesYou should apply if you have…Experience of delivering projects within the financial services sector, whilst ensuring compliance with financial regulation requirementsExceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and maintain control of scopeExperience of working within fast-paced, multi-channel, customer-focused organisations, within the finance sectorCommercial and business understanding of key project drivers Proven success in change management, process and methodologies, with proficient use of Project Management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio and Microsoft packages Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage with all levels of the organisationExcellent understanding of commercial and financial management, budget control and cost optimisationExperience in influencing and negotiating with 3rd party suppliers and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesWe understand that some candidates may be hesitant to apply for a position if they do not meet all the criteria listed in the job description.
