What does a typical day as a Customer Service Representative look like?

No insurance experience? No problem. Our dedicated Learning & Development team will give you all the training you need, and our supportive leadership team will be there to guide and encourage you every step of the way. All we ask is that you have a genuine passion for helping customers. This role is based on-site at our Halifax office.
Working pattern: Typical working hours are 8.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning working.
