The Team

The Risk team works in partnership across Covéa to support informed decision‑making and positive outcomes. What You Can Expect In This Role

  • You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing, reserving and capital decisions by bringing thoughtful challenge, collaboration and a forward‑looking view of risk.
  • You’ll work closely with Pricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance functions, as well as senior business leaders, helping to provide expert oversight, review and assurance.
  • You’ll contribute to the development of insurance risk capability and knowledge across the Risk team, focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • You’ll have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role.
  • You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed.

Experience

  • Experience working closely with actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting, contributing to oversight, review and challenge of key business decisions.
  • Skills in general insurance pricing, reserving and underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them into clear risk insight, and a willingness to learn and ask questions.
  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge while working closely with Line 1 teams.
  • An organised, thoughtful way of working.
  • A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues.
