We have an exciting opportunity to join our Distribution, Trading and Broker Development Team as a Broker Development Consultant! This is a hybrid position, combining the best of both worlds - working from home and spending time in our Halifax office. At Covéa, balance matters. In this role, you’ll drive profitable growth by managing a panel of broker relationships, supported by strategic relationship managers. You’ll build strong broker insight, develop technical knowledge with underwriters, and confidently promote our propositions. You’ll run effective sales campaigns, maintain high call activity, and grow a strong pipeline. As the main broker contact, you’ll resolve issues quickly, review monthly performance, and take decisive action to meet or exceed financial targets.

  • Added value through desirable experience in sales, sales support, working directly with insurance brokers.
  • Nice to have but not essential - A-Level educated and progressing toward (or holding) Cert CII, with good awareness of commercial insurance and customer-facing experience.
