The Team - Our Commercial Underwriting team works closely with regional brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver profitable growth across our Commercial Combined portfolio. The team focuses on building strong trading relationships, delivering technical underwriting expertise, and providing excellent service to brokers and customers alike.

What you can expect in this role:

  • You’ll play a key role in underwriting complex Commercial Combined risks within appetite and authority.
  • You’ll work closely with your team, helping to lead, coach, and develop their underwriting skills.
  • You’ll contribute to building and managing broker relationships across the region, focusing on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • You’ll act as a technical referral point and support portfolio performance.
