Learning & Culture Coordinator – Information Security (Maternity Cover) – Halifax, United Kingdom Salary: Dependent on ExperienceWe have an exciting opportunity to join us here at Covéa Insurance as a Learning & Culture Coordinator , within our Information Security team, on a 9 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). In this role, you\’ll be working in a team where the goal is to ensure we continue to have excellent security awareness, education, and training to make our organisation resilient to the ever-changing threat landscape. This is a hybrid position, combining the best of both worlds – working from home and spending time in our Halifax office. The hours in this role can be flexible and agreed upon offer, with 3 days minimum required. Work collaboratively with teams such as Internal Communications, Marketing and Learning to develop engaging content and campaigns that promote security culture, education, and awareness. Monitor technology, industry updates, emerging threats/risks and news outlets using these insights to shape educational initiatives and awareness strategies. Create and deliver clear, compelling content on security topics for a broad internal audience, translating technical information into accessible formats such as videos, blogs, infographics, presentations, and gamified experiences. Engage with stakeholders across the business to identify training gaps and assist in planning and coordinating impactful Information Security events. Co-ordinate phishing exercises to support awareness around the risk of this attack method, creating meaningful metrics and putting in place learning interventions where risks are identified. Track and report engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of awareness strategies in reducing risk, sharing insights with senior stakeholders to inform future initiatives. Confident in stakeholder engagement, active listening, and building relationships across all levels. Creative & Innovative Thinking: A forward-thinking individual who can generate fresh ideas and create engaging content in diverse formats. Solution-focused and flexible in exploring different approaches to achieve outcomes. Desirable Attributes: Visual design skills or the ability to brief creative work effectively; experience creating content for both technical and non-technical audiences; and a demonstrable interest in technology, information security, cyber security, or risk and compliance.
