As a Graduate Trainee, you\\\\\\'ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of transformation through a structured rotational program.This role is based onsite at our Halifax office. We find that working together in the office increases collaboration and engagement, and also supports your development too.What You\\\\\\'ll Experience…Over the course of the program, you\\\\\\'ll rotate through three core areas: Project ManagementSupport the planning and delivery of exciting projectsTrack progress and help ensure key milestones are achievedContribute to meetings and project documentationWork towards a professional qualification in project management (MSP)Business AnalysisConduct research and analysis to support transformation initiativesHelp gather and document business requirementsCollaborate with teams to improve processes and drive changeProject OfficeMaintain project records and documentationAssist in preparing reports and presentationsEnsure projects align with best practices and standardsAt the end of the program, you\\\\\\'ll have the opportunity to specialise in the area that inspires you most!What We\\\\\\'re Looking For…We\\\\\\'re looking for curious, motivated graduates who are ready to learn and grow.
