You’ll play a key part in delivering brilliant service, sharing holiday smiles, and helping our guests make memories that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
- Open and close procedures, including Health & Safety checks and securing buildings
- Understanding GDPR policies
- Providing excellent guest service, ensuring all queries and complaints are managed in a timely manner
- Maintenance reporting and follow ups
- Delivering an audit ready business
- Adhere to exceptionally high standards of food safety & Health & Safety
- Understanding food hygiene diaries
- Ensuring exceptionally high standards of cleanliness
- Ensuring robust knowledge of all our products
- Delivery management and stock rotation procedures
- Ordering and stock control
- Till work, cashing up procedures and end of day reporting
- Float & Safe checks
- Understanding weekly budgeting and sharing targets with the team
Experience/Skills Required:
- Experience leading a team in a retail and hospitality environment
- Preferred experience in a holiday park environment
- Excellent levels of communication
- Leadership & team building skills
- Strong motivational skills
- Commitment to deliver service excellence
