Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Head Chef / Sous Chef
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
- You will need a passion for producing food to the highest standard
- The ability to follow food specifications
- To work adhering to all Food Safety and Policy Standards
- Be motivated to ensure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
- Assisting in the preparation of menu dishes
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene

- Deal with deliveries and stock rotation
Experience/Skills Required:
- Chef experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Seasonal Role, must be able to work weekends, holidays and some evenings. Live in available with this role - Contract end dates vary between 7th September & 2nd November 2026.
