Key Responsibilities:
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness.
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and supervised environment for all guests and owners who visit the pool.
- Undertaking Lifeguard responsibilities, including monitoring pools and activities, First Aid requests and performing water rescues when necessary.
- Providing excellent service, ensuring all guest questions and queries are managed efficiently and professionally.
- Following daily operational procedures, with the ability to action a team to respond if Emergency First Aid / Evacuation procedures are required.
- Ensuring all facilities are cleaned and well maintained, communicating with guests, and following all NOP and EAP training to ensure the delivery of an excellent service.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 1-2 years working in a busy pool environment (desirable).
- All applicants must hold a valid NPLQ Qualification.
- Must be available to work at weekends and during the holidays.
