Cafe Lido Restaurant Front Of House Team Member - Part time and full time hours available Key Responsibilities Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness Work as part of a team to provide exceptional guest service Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Up-sell menu items and promotions to increase sales Maintain cleanliness and a tidy and efficient restaurant and bars area Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handle payment transactions and process payments accurately Address guest feedback or complaints in a professional manner Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations Experience/Skills Required: A positive, friendly and energetic person A 'can do' attitude Experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be given Seasonal role, must be available to work weekends and a variety of daytime and evening hours, live in option available - Contracted until 7th September 2026.
