Key Responsibilities:

  • Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
  • Reporting into the Head Chef, you will have experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced business
  • You will be organised, with the ability to work well under pressure and have experience in leading a team
  • Follow food specifications, ensure the kitchen area is always clean and will adhere to all Food Safety and Policy standards
  • We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a 'can do' attitude, but most importantly, is passionate about hospitality
  • Being a team player and understanding the value of teamwork
  • Ensuring food is delivered to a high standard
  • Working as part of a team to deliver excellent service

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Chef 2 years (preferred)
  • A positive, friendly and energetic person
  • Experience leading a team in a retail and hospitality environment
