Above The Bay Bar & Kitchen Front Of House Team Member - Part time and full time hours available Key Responsibilities: Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness Being a team player and understanding the value of teamwork Ensuring food is delivered to a high standard Taking orders and processing on the till Cash handling Cleaning and maintaining the standards of the business Working as part of team to deliver excellent customer service to our guests Supporting the bar team busing drinks to tables Doing your best to help protect our environment by keeping it safe and secure Experience/Skills Required: A positive, friendly and energetic person A 'can do' attitude Barista skills are a bonus, not a must! Full training will be given, so bring your enthusiasm and we’ll teach you the rest. Experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be given Seasonal Role, must be available to work weekends, holidays and some evenings. Contracted until 2nd November 2026.
