Above The Bay Bar & Kitchen Front of House Team Leader - Full time hours Key Responsibilities: Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness Lead the front of house team to provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests Manage the team and deal with any customer enquiries escalated to you Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Up-sell menu items and promotions to increase sales Maintain cleanliness and a tidy and efficient restaurant and bars area Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handle payment transactions and process payments accurately Address guest feedback or complaints in a professional manner Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations Experience/Skills Required: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively Basic math skills for handling payment transactions and calculating bills Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members Seasonal Role - Contracted until 2nd November 2026.
