What You’ll Do

  • Be the warm, welcoming face of Cove, helping guests feel at home from arrival to departure.
  • Think on your feet and solve problems calmly and confidently.
  • Create a sense of sanctuary and calm, so guests can fully relax into their stay.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Keep the property safe, secure, and operating to the highest standards.
  • Go beyond the expected – whether it’s helping with a delivery, jumping in to support your team, or finding smarter ways to deliver soulful hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality or customer‑facing roles (hotels, serviced apartments, student living, build‑to‑rent, hostels, or similar).
  • A tech‑savvy mindset – comfortable with apps and digital tools.
  • A self‑starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communicator, both spoken and written.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and always up for a challenge.
