Seal Bay Resort, part of the Cove Communities Holiday Parks family, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Entertainment Manager to lead our entertainment program. This is your chance to become the heartbeat of fun at one of the UK\'s leading holiday destinations!
What You\'ll Be Responsible For
As Entertainment Manager, you\'ll develop and deliver a dynamic, family-friendly entertainment calendar that keeps guests engaged, excited, and coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee year-round entertainment, including:
- Family shows
- Cast production performances
- Themed events
- Summer festivals, discos, workshops, and seasonal celebrations
- Host shows, headline acts and guest activities as the face of the entertainment department
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of 18-20 entertainers
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events across social media, newsletters, and on-site channels
- Build relationships with visiting acts and vendors
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the entertainment offering
- Uphold the creative integrity of all performances through regular training and rehearsals
What We\'re Looking For
- 3+ years\' experience in the entertainment industry
- Proven team leadership and scheduling skills
- Organised with strong time management
- Creative mindset and a love for guest engagement
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays
- Singing experience is a bonus (but not essential)
