Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting into the Head Chef, you will have experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced business
- In the absence of the Head Chef, you will take on the responsibility of running the kitchen
- Work with the Head Chef and all team members to ensure smooth running of work area
- Carry out checks for allergies and advise on suitable products
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness for safe food preparation
- Provide a safe and secure environment by adhering to the company Health & Safety and food safety policies ensuring all areas are compliant with audit requirements
- Delivery of exceptional food standards as outlined in the menu specifications
- Preparing ingredients, cooking meals and plating dishes as required throughout your shift according to guests’ requirements
- Assisting the Head Chef in keeping the kitchen, stores and ancillary departments running smoothly during service
Experience/Skills Required:
- We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who has previously worked in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills, be self‑motivated and organised
- Have a passion for cooking to a high consistent standard
- Have the ability to provide excellent customer service
- We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a "can do" attitude, but most importantly, is passionate about hospitality
