As part of our Retail Team, you’ll enjoy a lively, customer-focused role where every day brings something new. You’ll play a key part in delivering brilliant service, sharing holiday smiles, and helping our guests make memories that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting into the Head Chef, you will have experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced business.
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness.
- You will be organised, with the ability to work well under pressure and have experience in leading a team.
- You will follow food specifications, ensure the kitchen area is always clean and will adhere to all Food Safety and Policy standards.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a "can do" attitude, but most importantly, is passionate about hospitality and producing food to the highest standard.
Experience/Skills Required- Experience leading a team in a retail and hospitality environment.
- Preferred experience in a holiday park environment.
- Excellent levels of communication.
- Leadership & team building skills.
- Strong motivational skills.
- Chef - 2 years experience.
Seasonal Role, must be available weekends, holidays and a mix of day and evenings. Live in Available - Contracted until 4th January 2027.
