Key Responsibilities

  • Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
  • Provide information to owners for our various services on resort, which may include cove connect support, guest passes, events, aftersales queries etc
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner at Reception
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required
  • Provide accurate information to Owners and guests regarding our services, payment taking, repairs, maintenance and outstanding jobs
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining accurate owner records, filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Handle owner enquiries relating to any aspect of the owner journey from point of sale
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
  • Assist with managing the Owners Services inboxes, answering enquiries and redirecting queries across the teams accordingly
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting & distributing
  • Support the resolution of issues and complaints, escalating where necessary
  • Support the team with preparing caravans for sale & pre-handover administration
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using industry specific software
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience/Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a guest facing receptionist and administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook),
  • Familiarity with RMS and Elite Dynamics or similar software is a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
